- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1 – C2)
- Proficiency in French language - a nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite - a nice to have
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Travel to client’s premises within Switzerland and broader region
Aufgaben
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Document meeting outcomes and manage follow-ups
- Capture customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Research existing technology and recommend innovative updates
- Stay updated on new features of assigned technologies
- Identify areas for improvement in technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal and client engineering teams to resolve issues
- Provide guidance on technical issues to clients
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into epics and user stories
- Write detailed documentation of technical solutions
- Prepare bids for digital services
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing
- Travel to client premises within Switzerland and the broader region
