Anforderungen
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Proven expertise in analytical methodologies, such as trace analysis
- Working knowledge of extractables/leachables (technical and regulatory)
- People management experience and strong supervisory skills
- Strong reporting and scientific skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Perform extractables and leachables assessments
- Conduct elemental impurities assessments
- Act as the global subject matter expert for EL/EI
- Ensure regulatory compliance for global EL/EI strategies
- Supervise EL/EI laboratory studies using various analytical methodologies
- Manage a team of scientists and ensure effective resource use
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- Drive innovation and technical strategy projects
- Contribute to scientific publications
- Evaluate new technologies
- Support department initiatives
- Maintain cGMP qualification and documentation standards
- Perform other assigned duties
