- Set technical direction for identity and security engineering
- Develop concepts, principles, and reference architectures
- Shape evolution and operations of the Enterprise Identity Platform
- Manage Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and PKCE
- Steer phase-out of legacy federation
- Extend security posture into event-driven and AI-augmented workflows
- Develop target picture for identity and security in the age of Agentic AI
- Define access management and security concepts for AI agents
- Define security concepts for agentic workflows and workload identity
- Implement fine-grained authorization using OpenFGA, OPA, and Cedar
- Implement Zero Trust principles
- Set engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates
- Ensure quality, security, and knowledge transfer across workflows
- Partner with business domains and Digital Products
- Translate insurance requirements into identity and security outcomes
