As a Senior People Data Partner, you will manage the People Data and Systems ecosystem, transforming data into actionable insights that guide workforce planning and talent management. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR, or related People Data roles
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Hands-on experience with HR technologies (e.g., HRIS)
- •Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
- •Strong capability in using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- •Builder’s mindset: proactive, structured, and continuously curious
- •Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and compliance
- •Experience operating in fast-paced or scaling environments
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Working knowledge of key people domains - compensation, performance, engagement, talent
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- •Own the People Data and Systems ecosystem
- •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data sources
- •Define and drive the People Systems strategy and roadmap
- •Select, implement, and optimize technology solutions
- •Act as the subject matter expert for People data and systems
- •Manage integrations, configurations, and data architecture
- •Develop and maintain a unified People data model
- •Create a reporting suite as the single source of truth
- •Establish data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
- •Ensure secure and ethical use of People data
- •Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics
- •Inform decisions on workforce planning and talent management
- •Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams
- •Align data structures and automate reporting
- •Respond to ad hoc analytics requests
- •Lead or support system upgrades and migrations
- •Champion data literacy across the People function
- •Train HR and business stakeholders on dashboards
- •Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making
