  • •Proven ability to design and scale people analytics systems
  • •Strong technical skills with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau and AWS
  • •Passion for blending technical execution with business impact
  • •Capability to translate complex data into clear narratives
  • •Experience mentoring and developing analytics teams
  • •Strategic mindset with hands-on, builder mentality
  • •Strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
  • •Extreme attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • •Fluency in English
