- Structure complex mortgage deals
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
- Serve as the first line of defense for mortgage advisory activities
- Oversee assessment and structuring of financing solutions
- Prepare and deliver credit requests to Credit Risk and the Credit Committee
- Promote best practices in affordability analysis and collateral valuations
- Engage with (U)HNWI clients to deliver tailored mortgage solutions
- Collaborate with private banking and wealth planners for integrated client coverage
- Represent the mortgage advisory function in client meetings and strategic discussions
- Support implementation of digital tools and mortgage platforms
- Ensure high-quality advisory processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and streamline delivery
