Aufgaben
- Assess and analyze mortgage credit requests
- Structure and approve mortgage transactions
- Monitor and implement mortgage credit facilities
- Provide credit advisory services to internal clients
- Collaborate with Mortgage Advisors and Relationship Managers
- Customize solutions for private banking clients
- Prepare and approve credit limits
- Determine risk ratings for credit facilities
- Evaluate borrower and collateral risks
- Identify concentration risks in collateral and exposure
- Monitor and resolve overdue debt services
- Review approved limits in the portfolio
- Handle mortgage booking and credit documentation
- Deputize for other Mortgage Officers and Team Head
- Support Mortgage Advisors in credit matters
- Establish proactive contact with Private Banking front office
- Conduct advisory credit training sessions
- Contribute to credit-related projects and process improvements
- Work with legal and external counsel on non-standard documents
- Prepare and perform training sessions for Mortgage Officers and Advisors
