Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute marketing and events strategy for EMEA
  • Translate global campaign strategy into regional events and campaigns
  • Work with global ABM and DG teams to localize content and messaging
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Create impactful brand experiences and generate high-quality leads
  • Drive pipeline creation and management for new logos and expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, People Science, and customer success teams
  • Synchronize marketing efforts with business goals
  • Co-plan quarterly activities and run retrospectives
  • Ensure rigorous post-event follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Apply business acumen to shape marketing plans
  • Provide feedback on regional messaging to global teams
  • Advocate for regional needs and priorities
  • Leverage local partners for joint events and webinars
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing programs
  • Manage budget to demonstrate ROI
  • Make trade-offs to maximize program impact
  • Manage local vendor relationships and event logistics
