Collect and align content from various corporate functions
Develop monthly state-of-the-union reports
Lead project management for executive and CEO councils
Manage the annual operating and strategic cadence
Steer strategy execution through policy deployment models
Review and quality-check board documents across all departments
Pre-align board content with topic experts
Coordinate board sessions with the Corporate Office
Contribute to various strategic initiatives
