- 7-8+ years in high tech or manufacturing environment; Pharmaceutical/Med Device Industry experience preferred
- Proven experience leading Continuous Improvement and Change Management
- Success deploying Lean tools and leading cross-functional projects
Aufgaben
- Lead and execute cross-functional Operational Excellence initiatives
- Drive execution and decision-making across key functions
- Apply and coach core OpEx methodologies (Gemba, Kaizen, DMAIC)
- Identify and address systemic behaviors and process issues
- Deploy and mature site governance systems
- Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions
- Drive adoption of change management best practices
- Act as an escalation point for complex performance issues
- Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement
- Benchmark systems and processes for efficiency and risk reduction
- Influence site adoption of Lean practices
- Ensure OpEx changes meet cGMP and quality standards
- Support harmonization of OpEx practices across the site
