Aufgaben
- Lead medium to large Lean Six Sigma projects
- Deliver improvements in cost, quality, and throughput
- Conduct detailed root-cause analyses using DMAIC
- Partner with leaders to scope improvement opportunities
- Define project charters and quantify benefits
- Apply analytical methods like SPC and regression
- Support the deployment of Lean initiatives
- Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops
- Implement visual controls and performance boards
- Coach leaders on huddle effectiveness and KPIs
- Develop standard work and visual controls
- Mentor Green Belts on basic statistical methods
- Support the delivery of LSS training modules
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational problems
- Ensure project changes meet regulatory requirements
- Partner with Finance to validate project benefits
- Develop project metrics and sustainability control plans
- Report progress and outcomes to project sponsors
