- Effective track record working in matrixed, multicultural teams across different regions
- Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payers’ environment
- Fluent English
- Additional languages desirable
Aufgaben
- Support the development and execution of market access strategies for specialty care indications
- Enable optimal launch, pricing, reimbursement, and sustainable access across international markets and partner regions
- Support the development and implementation of market access strategies for product launches
- Tailor strategies to diverse international markets and partner regions
- Align strategies with corporate objectives, regulatory landscapes, and local affiliate needs
- Collaborate to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for products
- Leverage health economic models, budget impact analyses, and value-based arguments
- Support the development of HEOR evidence, real-world data, and value dossiers
- Inform HTA submissions and payer negotiations
- Contribute to objection handlers and payer negotiation materials
- Build and maintain compliant relationships with external stakeholders
- Facilitate access, inform strategy, and shape evidence needs through stakeholder engagement
- Partner with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams
- Synchronize market access initiatives, share best practices, and ensure launch readiness
- Monitor policy developments and trends across international and partner regions
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in policy developments
- Support advocacy efforts that enhance patient access
- Manage multiple concurrent market access projects
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, risk management, and measurable outcomes for projects
- Oversee vendor activities where relevant
- Track, analyze, and report on access performance and milestones
- Track, analyze, and report on competitive intelligence across assigned regions
- Maintain accurate, timely updates in PRISMA, Smartsheet, and other internal systems
