- Degree in health economics, pharmacy, or science, or equivalent qualification
- Profound knowledge and broad experience of Market Access (German AMNOG is a must, Switzerland an advantage)
- Proven knowledge and experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement activities across DACH markets
- Strong knowledge of German (DACH) health care system and health economic contexts
- Strong understanding of current health policy issues and future developments
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to contribute knowledge and expertise proactively to Market Access Team
- Strong project leadership, project management and vendor management skills
- Influencing, advisory and business partner skills
- Track record working in a fast-paced environment
- German and English fluency in writing and speaking

- Manage project risks
- Ensure local fit of product value proposition
- Obtain ideal pricing and reimbursement
- Represent Idorsia to external agencies
- Engage with pharma association working groups
- Collaborate with patient advocacy groups
- Contribute to internal processes
- Develop and implement country strategies
- Monitor regional policy environment
- Understand healthcare trends and impacts
- Build long-term relationships within Idorsia
- Maintain relationships with external counterparts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
- Promote compliance culture in local organization
