- Manage IATA’s legal department systems and procedures
- Lead the Legal Operations and Administration team
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team
- Collaborate with Directors and General Counsel on improvements
- Implement change and management initiatives across Legal Workstreams
- Develop strong relationships with internal IATA teams
- Build relationships with external law firms and legal vendors
- Manage and review technology tools and systems
- Lead projects to enhance legal service efficiency
