- •Implement change and drive solution adoption
- •Coach consultants on customer discovery techniques
- •Guide the team in delivering value-based demonstrations
- •Utilize storytelling to highlight solution relevance
- •Develop team members' professional skills and goals
- •Prioritize workloads for key sales opportunities
- •Provide regular feedback through direct observation
- •Align consulting efforts with regional sales managers
- •Coordinate priorities with Field SC Managers
- •Execute marketing and partner demand generation strategies
- •Share customer insights with the product organization
- •Maintain a recruiting pipeline for future talent
- •Manage resource alignment and skill utilization
- •Handle administrative tasks and performance reporting
