Anforderungen
- 3-5 years Legal & Regulatory Counsel experience, ideally with financial regulation exposure
- Project management experience highly desired
- Master’s degree in Law or Lizenziat in Law from Swiss University
- Admittance to the bar and additional relevant education is an asset
- Knowledge of Web 3.0 and DLT is a strong asset
- Experience in international, fast-evolving environment, ideally financial services, fintech, or technology
- Structured, pragmatic, efficient work manner with high quality
- Dynamic person with positive attitude and strong motivation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, hands-on, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Right to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizen)
Aufgaben
- Act as senior legal expert in Legal & Regulatory team
- Own complex legal and regulatory matters
- Work closely with Head of Legal & Regulatory
- Take responsibility for group-wide legal projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate communication with regulatory authorities
- Handle requests from regulatory authorities
- Provide high-quality legal and regulatory advice
- Advise on corporate governance matters
- Draft legal documents
- Review legal documents
- Negotiate legal documents
- Manage external counsel
- Instruct external counsel
- Support international expansion
- Provide legal guidance for new markets
- Act as legal counterpart for institutional clients
- Liaise with client Legal teams
- Contribute to decision-making processes
- Advise on legal and regulatory perspective
- Maintain legal and regulatory framework
- Develop legal and regulatory framework
- Monitor legal developments
- Assess legal developments
- Update internal stakeholders on developments
- Support Head of Legal & Regulatory
