- Law degree
- Fully qualified lawyer with 3+ years relevant professional experience in finance, structured finance, or capital markets
- Strong knowledge of financing transactions and legal documentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional environments (highly desirable)
- Expertise in banking law and related regulatory matters (strong advantage)
- Experience with English law ABS transactions and/or Italian Law 130 transactions (a plus)
- Leadership experience
- Fluency in English and German (required)
- Knowledge of another European language (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Act as strategic legal business partner on financing and regulatory matters
- Support expansion of captive finance activities into new products and jurisdictions
- Collaborate with Structured Finance team and external advisers
- Negotiate, execute, and manage financing transactions
- Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documentation
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and legal requirements
- Develop strong understanding of financing documentation
- Communicate key obligations, risks, and limitations to stakeholders
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for financing activities
- Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Monitor and manage existing financing structures
- Support legal obligations related to financing structures
