- Experience in drafting agreements
- Strong knowledge in intellectual property matters
- Experience in intellectual property matters
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in matrix structure
- Experience working in public sector highly desirable
- Experience working in private sector highly desirable
- Master's Degree
Aufgaben
- Develop and lead contractual negotiations
- Draft various agreements for multiple departments
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property
- Manage GARDP’s IP portfolio with General Counsel
- Contribute to GARDP Foundation’s corporate housekeeping
- Identify and advise on legal risks
- Serve as primary legal point of contact
- Provide timely, clear, risk-based advice
- Escalate and align on high-risk issues
- Develop and improve contract templates
- Maintain contract management tools
- Ensure compliance with internal processes
- Organize internal legal trainings
- Perform other relevant duties
- Work closely with Legal team members
- Support assigned internal clients
- Provide back-up for Legal colleagues
