- Align transaction documentation with modeled financial structures
- Enhance underwriting governance and establish best practice standards
- Provide legal training and functional guidance to management
- Collaborate with international legal and compliance teams
- Maintain a professional network within the group and industry
- Participate in underwriting committees and coach the underwriting community
