- Support multiple cross-functional strategic projects
- Provide flexible category management for distribution and logistics
- Execute end-to-end sourcing activities
- Ensure decisions are supported by rigorous analysis
- Create business cases for procurement decisions
- Establish strong relationships with 3PLs and external partners
- Maintain operational visibility and accountability with vendors
- Manage project lifecycles for procurement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with global and regional teams
- Facilitate regular meetings with supply chain, finance, IT, and legal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment on procurement goals and timelines
- Create and standardize internal reports
- Drive visibility into spend, multi-channel operations, and vendor performance
- Identify and execute value engineering opportunities
- Reduce total cost of ownership within the logistics category
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Support timely decision-making across cross-functional teams
