- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy with sensitive commercial data and negotiations

Aufgaben
- Define and execute global procurement strategy for distribution and logistics
- Lead and develop a multi-layered procurement team
- Drive organizational change to modernize procurement processes
- Set and track annual procurement goals, cost-saving targets, and sustainability milestones
- Partner with Indirect Procurement teams for global synergies and best practices
- Facilitate high-level alignment with executive stakeholders
- Oversee global RFP calendar for high-stakes categories
- Identify value engineering and TCO reduction opportunities
- Champion advanced procurement technology and data reporting
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships with global suppliers and 3PLs
- Establish robust legal frameworks and contract management lifecycles
- Negotiate complex contracts to secure advantageous terms
