Anforderungen

• Lab technician training (EFZ, HF, CTA, BTA, PTA or BSc./MSc.)
• 5 years experience in research, technical, or analytical testing
• Experience in cGMP phys-chem analytics and ALCOA++ GDocP
• Advantageous experience with laboratory specific software
• Good communication and independent teamwork skills
• Proactive and dedicated attitude
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Aufgaben

• Perform routine physico-chemical testing for biologics and small molecules
• Execute U/HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, and protein content analyses
• Conduct compendial methods including pH, color, and clarity testing
• Follow cGMP standards and Good Documentation Practices for all testing
• Execute and approve basic operational tasks like calibrations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and propose mitigation measures
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and inventory to 6S standards
• Support onsite customer and regulatory audits
• Oversee equipment maintenance as the Instrument Responsible Person
• Draft and update instrument-specific SOPs
• Initiate laboratory operational and process improvement projects
• Train staff on compendial and purity testing methods
• Manage the onboarding of new laboratory scientists
