- Experience with laboratory operations software (advantageous)
- Working experience in pharmaceutical or biochemical research/technical role
- Ability to report and describe scientific results
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficient written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Support analytical potency testing and method implementation
- Establish, develop, and troubleshoot bio-analytical methods
- Perform non-GMP batch release and stability testing
- Conduct independent potency assays using ELISA or SPR
- Execute functional assays including CBA or enzyme assays
- Prepare buffers and perform detailed data analysis
- Document assay performance according to GDocP and ISO standards
- Review and approve operational tasks performed by peer analysts
- Investigate and resolve method or lab equipment issues
- Maintain laboratory spaces following 6S and GDP principles
- Ensure all documentation adheres to EHS regulations
