- Ability to report, interpret, and detail scientific results
- Eagerness to learn new tasks

Aufgaben
- Support non-GMP bioanalytical testing
- Execute potency assays for method implementation
- Conduct pre-validation and sample testing
- Document assay performance following GDP
- Flag relevant observations for assessment
- Review and approve basic operational tasks
- Contribute to method and equipment troubleshooting
- Adhere to 6S principles and internal standards
- Ensure audit readiness
- Support onsite customer visits
- Participate in laboratory optimization
- Contribute to process improvement
- Follow EHS regulations strictly
