- Proven track record of working with international organizations
- Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Expertise in SQL, RDBMS, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS
- Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative wireframing/design tools
- Strong writing and presentation skills in English for technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and change management capabilities
- Experience with epidemiological modelling or mathematical modelling for infectious diseases
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management
- Contributions to business analysis or project management communities
- Familiarity with open-source health IT solutions
Aufgaben
- Define and manage business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes and technical specifications using Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma
- Coordinate software development activities for quality implementation
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and progress tracking in Azure DevOps
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and infrastructure policies
- Collaborate with technical teams to address risks and align with INFRA policies
- Maintain security documentation
- Administer and maintain Azure DevOps configurations
- Support efficient team workflows with Boards, Queries, Test Plans, and Wikis
- Coordinate platform enhancements and plan for additional features
- Support integration and interoperability activities for APIs and data exchange
- Lead documentation efforts for user guides and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management
