As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will define technical requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. This role involves coordinating software development, ensuring compliance with policies, and leading documentation efforts to support effective team workflows.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field
• •10+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and software integration
• •Strong experience in stakeholder management across diverse disciplines
• •Experience working in public health or epidemic/pandemic intelligence domain
• •Proven track record of working with international organizations
• •Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart
• •Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• •Expertise in SQL, RDBMS, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS
• •Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative wireframing/design tools
• •Strong writing and presentation skills in English for technical and non-technical audiences
• •Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and change management capabilities
• •Experience with epidemiological modelling or mathematical modelling for infectious diseases
• •Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management
• •Contributions to business analysis or project management communities
• •Familiarity with open-source health IT solutions

Aufgaben

• •Define and manage business and technical requirements
• •Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• •Create wireframes and technical specifications using Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma
• •Coordinate software development activities for quality implementation
• •Manage backlog, sprint planning, and progress tracking in Azure DevOps
• •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and infrastructure policies
• •Collaborate with technical teams to address risks and align with INFRA policies
• •Maintain security documentation
• •Administer and maintain Azure DevOps configurations
• •Support efficient team workflows with Boards, Queries, Test Plans, and Wikis
• •Coordinate platform enhancements and plan for additional features
• •Support integration and interoperability activities for APIs and data exchange
• •Lead documentation efforts for user guides and standard operating procedures
• •Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management
