- •Degree in economics/finance or bank apprenticeship
- •Substantial banking experience with credit focus
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Proficiency in requirements gathering and testing
- •Commitment to learning in credit domain
- •Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- •Full professional fluency in German
- •Understanding of credit processes and regulations
- •Avaloq Certification
- •In-depth banking industry knowledge

- •Conduct client workshops to gather requirements
- •Develop detailed functional specifications
- •Refine the product backlog with the product owner
- •Assist in strategic product roadmap development
- •Collaborate with engineers and architects on implementation
- •Perform thorough business testing
- •Provide specialist credit support to the Sales team
- •Share domain knowledge and insights with colleagues
- •Manage functionality for the Avaloq Region EU Platform
- •Coordinate with technical and functional teams for integration
- •Collaborate with international analysts on market requirements
- •Contribute to and review product documentation
- •Analyze and resolve client incidents and service requests
