- Organize and deliver live communication formats and events
- Contribute to enabling Comms Champions
- Support consistent, engaging, and insight-based communication
- Design and deliver high-impact live communication experiences
- Turn objectives into memorable formats
- Orchestrate seamless logistics and production
- Drive engagement, alignment, and coherent messaging
- Contribute to the continuous development of the comms champion community
- Plan, budget, produce, and facilitate live communication formats
- Coordinate content for live events
- Design agendas for live events
- Align speakers for live events
- Develop storylines and messaging for live events
- Provide media support and production for live events
- Manage pre- and post-event communications
- Conduct feedback and surveys for live events
- Partner with teams on guest management
- Manage event logistics
- Coordinate F&B for events
- Steer internal and external vendors
- Lead the annual live-event plan
- Set rhythms for each department's events
- Align on suitable event locations
- Build and evolve an internal live-communication playbook
- Establish clear standards for live communication
- Create memorable, high-energy experiences
- Advise stakeholders on communication formats
- Tailor concepts to fit communication goals
- Develop and run the network of Comms Champions
- Enable and empower Comms Champions
- Run regular community sessions and events for Champions
- Boost engagement across functions, departments, and teams
- Elevate communication capabilities across functions, departments, and teams
