- Identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts
- Define alternatives & prioritizations

- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Effective communication with business & technical teams
- Effective communication with global stakeholders
- Independently ideate, structure, prepare, and lead discussions
- Lead meetings and workshops with end-to-end process perspective

- Coordinate effective financial planning process
- Drive planning process improvements and technical changes
- Design and support planning process optimization
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, accuracy, and timeliness
- Apply and improve financial planning validations
- Deploy and roll out new planning developments
- Provide in-house consulting on financial planning solutions
- Contribute to development projects for financial planning
- Design and execute international key user training
- Manage business services for global planning solutions
- Serve as global point of contact for financial planning
- Support local key users in financial planning
