- Proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services
- Owned post-sale delivery phases or complex handovers
- Strong project or program management skills across multiple teams
- Confident in client-facing settings, leading discussions and kick-offs
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous or evolving environments
- Motivated to build and improve processes
- Highly organized and consistent follow-through
- Technical fluency to understand DAM or content platform concepts, identify risks and dependencies, and involve specialists
- Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech platforms
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success in SaaS
- Exposure to integrations such as SSO, APIs, or CMS connections
- Experience building or scaling implementation or delivery processes
- Background in digital agencies, consultancies, or platform implementations
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Comfortable with change and excited to contribute to dynamic environments
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate post-sales implementation for new customers
- Act as primary point of contact during customer transition
- Ensure customers are operationally and technically prepared
- Own client transition from pre-sales to go-live readiness
- Scope implementations with Sales during pre-sales
- Set clear expectations early in the process
- Serve as single source of truth for implementation commitments
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with commercial and technical teams
- Lead client-facing implementation kick-offs
- Align on scope, timelines, and responsibilities
- Track dependencies, risks, and commitments
- Ensure consistent follow-through across teams
- Define and uphold readiness criteria
- Identify process gaps and build scalable frameworks
- Contribute to best practices for Implementation
- Support the evolution of Implementation within Customer Delivery
