Aufgaben
- Answer employee and manager inquiries regarding HR services
- Provide timely responses on HR policies and systems
- Maintain employee data and electronic files in Workday
- Manage daily HR operation processes and service delivery
- Correspond with employees, line managers, and employment authorities
- Share knowledge and experiences across the HR team
- Contribute to and maintain the HR knowledge base
- Manage the HR Ticketing System and improve its database
- Support HR projects and local initiatives
- Execute special tasks including register of commerce maintenance
