Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, business psychology, or business administration
- 5–8 years HR business partner experience, ideally in international tech/software
- Extensive experience advising senior/executive managers
- Very good understanding of organizational development, change management, modern HR
- Experience in EMEA context, dealing with labor law and cultural conditions
- High strategic competence, strong communication, assertiveness
- Analytical mindset, solution- and results-oriented approach
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic HR consulting to executives and senior management in EMEA
- Support and implement organizational development and change projects
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including performance, development, retention, onboarding, and offboarding
- Advise on international labor law issues, collaborating with Group Legal
- Design and develop leadership, talent, and succession concepts
- Manage and implement group-wide HR initiatives and standards regionally
- Analyze HR key figures and derive strategic measures
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams, centers of excellence, and global HR stakeholders
