- Excellent German and English communication (C1 minimum)
- Interest in Finance-AI (n8n, LLMs) for accounting
- Ability to work independently and multitask
Aufgaben
- Manage month-end and year-end closing calendar
- Prepare and review complex manual journal entries
- Perform high-level reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Analyze Actual vs. Budget and Forecast for P&L discrepancies
- Identify optimization potential in finance
- Implement efficient finance workflows with AI
- Lead and support strategic accounting projects
- Liaise with auditors and consultants for compliance
