In this role, you will take charge of accounting for German entities while shaping the financial framework for new international operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing compliance, driving financial closings, and enhancing efficiency through automation.

Anforderungen

• •4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience
• •Experience with or strong interest in IFRS and international accounting
• •Full business proficiency in German and English
• •Experience with DATEV or modern accounting software
• •Deep sense of ownership and personal responsibility
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Intrinsic motivation and high organization

Aufgaben

• •Manage end-to-end accounting processes for German entities
• •Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• •Maintain the general ledger and fixed assets
• •Ensure compliance with HGB regulations
• •Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• •Deliver accurate, consolidated financials on schedule
• •Establish accounting foundations for new entities in the Cayman Islands and Lithuania
• •Manage transition to multi-entity group consolidation under HGB and IFRS
• •Prepare statutory financial statements
• •Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors
• •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• •Research and recommend modern accounting tools
• •Implement scalable finance tech solutions
• •Serve as a go-to person for accounting inquiries
• •Communicate proactively with the finance team and other departments
