Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Exposure to Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAP is an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, controlling, or audit
- Experience ideally within private markets, asset management, fund administration, or Big4
- Solid technical accounting foundation
- Ability to analyze reporting issues and apply accounting principles
- Good Excel and systems skills
- Experience with eFront, SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, collaborative mindset
- Strong commitment to high-quality, timely delivery
