Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing and operating risk management systems
- Strong programming skills with Python, including structured and object-oriented design, with experience building production-grade applications
- Solid experience with Front Arena, including core components such as ADS, AMAS, AMS, AMBA, TAB and Front Arena framework (AEL, ACM, ADFL, ASQL)
- Good understanding of modern data and infrastructure technologies such as Apache Kafka, Splunk, Grafana, Snowflake, MSSQL Server, Windows Server and similar technologies
- Strong interest in financial products (structured and exchange-traded), including their valuation, risk management, and lifecycle
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ability to identify improvement opportunities, and strong client-focused approach
- Talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes

- Implement and integrate new payoffs end-to-end
- Manage trade capture, valuation, booking, and lifecycle
- Enhance risk reporting framework for exotic products
- Improve quoting capabilities for exotic products
- Integrate and optimize cloud-based valuation grid
- Drive evolution toward a cloud-capable platform
- Containerize the Front Arena platform
- Collaborate with project management on requirements
- Collaborate with business engineering on initiatives
- Take technical ownership of initiatives
- Drive rollout of Front Arena upgrades
- Drive testing of Front Arena upgrades
- Drive validation of Front Arena upgrades
- Drive rollout of Front Arena hotfixes
- Drive testing of Front Arena hotfixes
- Drive validation of Front Arena hotfixes
- Coordinate structured user acceptance testing
- Support structured user acceptance testing
- Enhance risk system using Kanban
- Optimize Front Arena CI/CD framework
- Expand Front Arena CI/CD framework
- Focus on automated testing in CI/CD
- Improve reliability of CI/CD
- Improve quality of CI/CD
- Improve time-to-market of CI/CD
- Drive adoption of new technologies
- Drive cloud-based scaling for risk platform
