• •Over 5 years R&D experience
• •Specialist in technical beverage and food development
• •Independent work and quality output
• •Knowledge of food technology and processing
• •Awareness of market and flavour trends
• •Understanding of local and regional regulations
• •Responsibility, reliability, and organization
• •Proficiency in O365 and computer literacy
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Networking, influencer, and leadership skills
• •Efficiency and accuracy under pressure
• •Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and ERP

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain formulations for beverages, confectionery, bakery, and dairy
• •Test quality flavours and present them in new concepts
• •Collaborate with Product Management, Flavour Creation, Science, and Sales
• •Share expertise to exceed customer expectations
• •Develop and optimize high-quality flavour application solutions
• •Evaluate and match market products and customer targets
• •Produce prototype samples
• •Lead the improvement of application recipes and lab processes
• •Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers
• •Deliver impactful application concepts for strategic projects
• •Conduct sensory evaluations and monitor product quality
• •Maintain product stability, performance, and consistency
• •Investigate innovative raw materials, technologies, and processes
• •Deliver internal trainings and workshops on application best practices
• •Help build and shape the future R&D application team
• •Partner with Sensory Science for internal flavour development
