- Balance of attention to detail and forward-thinking
- Ability to build scalable finance foundations
- Consulting background (strong plus)

- Experience in fast-growing startups/scale-ups in eMobility sector
- Experience building finance operations from scratch or rapid growth phases
- Experience working closely with founders, CFOs or investors
- Experience in SaaS and subscription-based business models
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate annual budgeting processes
- Lead and coordinate quarterly forecasting processes
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models
- Evaluate business scenarios
- Evaluate investment opportunities
- Evaluate performance metrics
- Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Analyse key performance indicators
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support data-informed decision-making
- Partner with business leaders and department heads
- Understand business drivers
- Optimise costs
- Enhance profitability
- Continuously refine forecasting methods
- Continuously refine reporting templates
- Continuously refine systems
- Improve accuracy and efficiency
- Support pricing strategies
- Support margin analysis
- Support investment evaluations
- Support M&A activities
