- Monitor KPIs and analyze business performance
- Analyze sales profitability and inventory planning
- Analyze working capital and operating expenses
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Improve financial steering of supply chain and working capital
- Develop, optimize, and automate financial reporting
- Create dashboards and management presentations
- Lead the annual budget process
- Manage periodic forecast cycles
- Own the liquidity forecast to ensure cash transparency
- Manage proactive cash flow
- Review end-to-end processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Strengthen FP&A tools and controlling frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance financial decision-making
