- Represent Treasury in business development projects across all geographies
- Provide input to business plans for bankable contractual frameworks
- Optimize capital structures and document new debt transactions
- Advise stakeholders including Business Developers and Operations Managers
- Manage a portfolio of existing financings at TiL and terminal level
- Identify funding options in financial markets and manage transactions
- Evaluate and manage key financial risks and build acceptable structures
- Develop relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Lead negotiations for external debt transactions with finance lawyers
- Support Treasury Operations in cash management and risk management
