- Partner with the Executive Director Commercial Operations
- Support strategic and operational decisions with financial insights
- Drive profitability targets for category management and pricing
- Steer margins for 1P and 3P business models
- Develop a comprehensive 360-degree margin framework
- Improve transparency for product and channel profitability
- Control marketing costs and monitor return on investment
- Measure performance using ROI and CLV-based assessments
- Orchestrate and improve financial planning and forecasting
- Manage budget governance for marketing departments
- Steer financial strategy and margins for Own Brands
- Advise the Director Italy on country performance management
- Track performance and forecasting for the Italian market
- Challenge commercial initiatives with scenario modelling
