- Lead financial support for logistics investment projects
- Develop business cases for investment projects
- Control logistics investment projects
- Monitor operational spending
- Challenge spending to align with strategic goals
- Maintain the Logistics Scorecard
- Translate performance data into insights
- Optimize working capital
- Support stock evaluations
- Evaluate payment terms
