Anforderungen

  • •Background in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field
  • •Significant experience in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications/Media Relations & Crisis Communications
  • •Expertise in shaping communication strategies and media relations across European markets
  • •Proven crisis and issues leadership in complex environments
  • •Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills at senior level
  • •Excellent command of English; fluency in another language is a plus

Aufgaben

  • •Define and steer the external communication strategy for Zone Europe
  • •Align communications with Nestlé's global priorities and Ambition 2030
  • •Develop reputation-building initiatives to position Nestlé as a leader in nutrition, sustainability, and innovation
  • •Create communications kits for various markets
  • •Manage crisis communications strategies and ensure timely responses
  • •Build and maintain an active media relations ecosystem
  • •Handle media inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • •Equip markets and senior spokespeople with compelling communication materials
  • •Support senior leadership in communications preparation for interviews and discussions
  • •Lead the Z-EUR Reputation tracker process with market collaboration
  • •Align on the yearly communications budget and market programs
  • •Drive the Z-EUR Communications plan in collaboration with Internal Communications and Digital/Brand PR
