- 2-5 years experience in synthesis/chemical process development
- Piloting experience under GMP is a benefit
- Independent and self-motivated workstyle
- Team orientation
- Adequate communication style
- Advanced knowledge of Office package
- Advanced knowledge of DoE tools
- Adequate knowledge of English language (oral and written)
- German language skills are beneficial
- Other language skills are beneficial
Aufgaben
- Lead development of chemistry and manufacturing pathways for AOCs
- Contribute to Novartis BD&L activities in bioconjugation chemistry
- Design and execute experiments in the lab
- Interpret and report experimental data and results
- Coordinate timely transfer of manufacturing instructions to pilot plant
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on drug development
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of new nucleotide drugs
- Prepare process documentation for regulatory filings
- Participate in scientific exchange groups within Novartis and academia
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
