- Knowledge in bioconjugation or chemical modification of fermentation products (e.g. Antibody-Drug Conjugations)
- Advanced knowledge of Office package and chromatography data-evaluation software (e.g. Chromeleon)
- Experience in use of SEC chromatography or other relevant analytical techniques
- Independent, self-motivated workstyle with team orientation and adequate communication
- Good documentation skills for experiments and results
- Adequate knowledge of English language (oral and written)
Aufgaben
- Define manufacturing processes for bioconjugation projects
- Generate synthetic and analytical data for bioconjugation processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on drug substance development
- Document experiments and related information for filings and patents
- Maintain and optimize lab infrastructure for safe and efficient experiments
