- •4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
- •Ability to drive strategic value and digital transformation
- •Proven track record of converting operational success into commercial opportunity
- •Strong project management skills
- •Stakeholder management capabilities
- •Passion for AI and automation
- •Curiosity and pro-active ownership mindset
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
