• •Strong experience in developing solutions using Java
• •Several years of experience in production support of systems in a complex environment

• •University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience
• •Strong experience working with Google Cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP

• •Very good experience in developing Java solutions

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with business departments and engineering teams to ensure production stability
• •Focus on SL3 tasks related to production stability and vulnerability management
• •Provide technical support for authentication and SSO-related incidents
• •Perform deep dive debugging of Java services and SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect flows
• •Resolve escalations with L2 and development teams requiring code-level expertise
• •Communicate system stability updates to senior stakeholders
• •Drive root cause analysis and implement system stability improvements
• •Formulate and prioritize technical tasks to enhance system maintainability
• •Streamline SL3 support processes
• •Serve as a subject matter expert in the Single Sign landscape
• •Champion best practices for incident resolution and security compliance
