Anforderungen

  • •More than 5 years of practical experience in developing applications using Java and/or Python
  • •Experience with projects in Google Cloud Platform using core GCP services
  • •Experience with IaaS/PaaS deployment using IaC tools like Terraform
  • •Hands-on knowledge of data modeling and database systems
  • •Experience in data extraction, transformation and loading (ELT/ETL)
  • •Broad knowledge of data processing via SQL
  • •Experience in owning and optimizing data infrastructure with a DevOps mindset
  • •Strong logical reasoning to solve complex data system challenges
  • •Passion about mentoring and spreading knowledge within the team

  • •Code actively as a Data Platform Engineer in a Scrum Team
  • •Develop and operate reliable solutions for the data platform
  • •Implement connections to various data sources for batch or near real-time loading
  • •Model and transform data for different application purposes
  • •Participate in IaaS and platform operations within a DevOps team
  • •Maintain infrastructure components on the Google Cloud Platform
  • •Contribute to defining the technical direction of the team
  • •Conduct code reviews and mentor junior staff
  • •Foster an attractive environment for team collaboration
