Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related technical domains
- Experience leading engineering teams and growing technical talent
- Hands-on expertise with Linux, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker, GitOps
- Experience designing and operating hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures
- Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, storage, scalability, monitoring, observability
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB)
- Proven ability to manage and operate business-critical production systems
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with focus on platform stability and scalability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with robotics, edge infrastructure, MLOps, or Nix (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Drive scalable infrastructure for robotics
- Lead and develop Infrastructure, DevOps, and Tooling teams
- Foster a strong engineering culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Define and drive infrastructure strategy and roadmap
- Align infrastructure goals with product, robotics R&D, and business objectives
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipeline standards
- Enhance observability, monitoring, automation, and developer experience
- Contribute hands-on to infrastructure architecture and automation
- Participate in critical technical initiatives
- Collaborate with software, robotics, AI/ML, and product teams
- Ensure stable and efficient development and production environments
- Guide architectural decisions for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure
- Mentor engineers through technical coaching, feedback, and code reviews
- Support hiring and scaling of engineering teams
- Continuously improve infrastructure processes and tooling
- Enhance operational readiness and platform performance
