Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Significant professional experience in data-focused environments, including at least 5 years across business analysis, data management, and project management
- Proven experience with complex system data migrations; previous involvement in ERP data migration initiatives highly valued
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, governance, master data management, and fit-to-standard principles
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to build consensus across multidisciplinary teams
- Business analysis certification (CCBA or CBAP), project management/methodology certification (Agile, PRINCE2, HERMES, PMI or IPMA), or data governance certification advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English required; knowledge of French advantageous
- Previous experience within humanitarian or non-profit sector an asset
Aufgaben
- Assess key data entities for structure, quality, granularity, consistency, and governance
- Compare existing data structures with target data models
- Perform gap analyses and define fit-to-standard approaches
- Lead workshops with Data Stewards on data quality topics
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders
- Develop target data models and document key decisions, risks, and issues
- Translate findings into remediation and migration action plans
- Coordinate with technical teams to validate data transformation approaches
- Ensure master data governance principles align with the data governance framework
- Present recommendations and coordinate cross-functional actions for preparation
