Anforderungen

  • Degree in marketing, business, engineering, health IT, or similar
  • 10–15+ years of experience in downstream marketing in medtech, digital health, or software
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with senior marketing teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of imaging, OR integration, or digital software ecosystems
  • Experience with software lifecycle marketing, SaaS, or hybrid hardware-software platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • High conflict resolution skills and integrative working style
  • Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to anticipate complex market movements and trends
  • International mindset and fluent English; other languages an advantage
